•Bachelor¡¯s degree or above in the chemistry •PGCE, QTS or equivalent postgraduate teaching certification •At least 2 two years teaching experiences, experience of living and working in a foreign country would be an advantage •Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and relate positively to students, staff and parents, inspiring them with confidence in the school •Use scientific rules and methods to solve problems •Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem •Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions •Be able to learn from other staff members, as well as being able to share your own best practice with other team members
Particular request ( include nationality,language etc. ):
•Be able to teach the applied modules in A level & IGCSE Chemistry. •To use ICT and other learning technology in the planning and delivery of lessons. •To attend and where appropriate contribute to faculty meetings and weekly briefing. •Supervise students\' laboratory work. •Evaluate and grade students\' class work, laboratory performance, assignments, and papers. •Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records. •Maintain regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students. •Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction. •Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues. •Participate in campus and community events. Join open day, parents¡¯ consultation day, Saturday exam /student activities when required. •To carry out additional duties as indicated by a line manager or other senior personnel as required
