Treatment Conditions:
•To deliver engaging and motivating lessons to students across all Key Stages. •Be able to teach the applied modules in A level & IGCSE Physics. •Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records. •To use the whole school behavior policy in setting high standards and expectations for students. •To produce high quality resources and take part in the creation of new Faculty schemes of work. •To identify and differentiate for groups of learners within your teaching groups. •To use ICT and other learning technology in the planning and delivery of lessons. •To track progress through assessment and reporting within own teaching groups. •To regularly mark and feedback to students in line with engage assessment systems. •To take part in the whole school program of quality assurance. •To monitor the progression of all students in own teaching groups. •To work as a team supporting Faculty members in spreading and sharing good practice. •To attend and where appropriate contribute to faculty meetings and weekly briefing. •Be willing to attend relevant courses/conferences that will stimulate and enhance the role of teacher of physics and a wider role within the school community. •To uphold and promote the school¡¯s child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to by all staff •To promote the safety and wellbeing of students. •Participate in campus and community events. Join open day, parents¡¯ consultation day, and Saturday exam /student activities when required. •To carry out additional duties as indicated by a line manager or other senior personnel as required
Particular request ( include nationality,language etc. ):
•Bachelor¡¯s degree or above in physics •PGCE, QTS or equivalent postgraduate teaching certification •At least 2 two years teaching experiences, experience of living and working in a foreign country would be an advantage •Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and relate positively to students, staff and parents, inspiring them with confidence in the school •Keep yourself informed of current developments within your specialist subject(s) •Use appropriate sanctions and rewards in line with Subject and whole school policy •Ability to organize after-school an extra-curricular activities •Be an active learner and a reflective practitioner
